Membership

Still Strong offers six membership options: Regular 2x (€80), Regular 4x (€120), Regular Unlimited (€200), Special 2x (€100), Special 4x (€140), and Special Unlimited (€220). Regular memberships cover 08:00–21:00. Special memberships include access during early morning (05:00–08:00) and late evening (21:00–00:00) hours.

Regular hours (08:00–21:00) allow max 2 training members, and may include 1 physiotherapy client in the practice area. Special hours (05:00–08:00 and 21:00–00:00) have only 2 people total — no physiotherapy presence — offering the most private and quiet experience possible. Special access requires an extended NFC tag.

Yes. You can discuss changing your membership type during your intake or by contacting us. Changes typically take effect from the next billing cycle. We'll always guide you toward the plan that fits your current lifestyle.

Membership terms including minimum contract period, notice period, and cancellation rules are covered in our Membership Terms document. These will be provided during your intake and before payment.

Booking

You reserve your session in advance through our booking system. This keeps the space controlled and guarantees all equipment is available when you arrive. Sessions can be booked online 24/7 via the booking calendar.

Booking windows and advance booking limits are configured in the booking system. This will be explained during your intake. Generally, sessions can be booked several days to weeks in advance depending on availability.

Sessions must be cancelled within a set notice period to avoid counting toward your monthly allowance. No-show rules and specific cancellation windows are outlined in the Membership Terms provided at intake.

You can join our waitlist and specify your preferred membership type and training times. We will contact you as soon as a matching slot becomes available.

Access

All members receive an NFC tag after completing their intake and payment. This tag grants entry to the gym for your booked session slots. Special hours members receive an extended tag with additional access permissions.

 

No. Access is only granted for booked sessions. This system is essential to maintaining the maximum 2-member rule and ensuring the quality of every session.

Contact us immediately if your tag is lost. We will deactivate the old tag and arrange a replacement. Please note any applicable tag replacement fees, which are outlined in the Membership Terms.

Intake
Yes — completely free and without any obligation. The 30–45 minute intake session helps us understand your goals, schedule, and physical condition so we can recommend the right membership and start you on the right track.
 

We discuss your training goals, current fitness level, preferred schedule, and any relevant health considerations. Based on this, we recommend the most suitable membership. You also get to see the space and ask any questions before committing.

No. The intake is completely free with no obligation. You take time to decide whether Still Strong is the right fit for you. There is no pressure to sign up during or after the intake.

Physiotherapy

No. Physiotherapy services can be booked independently from a gym membership. You are welcome to come for physiotherapy only, without gym access.

The physiotherapist is present during regular hours (08:00–21:00). They are not available during special hours (05:00–08:00 and 21:00–00:00), which are reserved exclusively for gym members.

Payment

Memberships are billed monthly via Stripe or Mollie with automatic recurring payments. After your intake, you choose your plan and receive a secure payment link. Access is activated after successful payment.

Payments are processed via Stripe or Mollie, which support all major credit and debit cards as well as iDEAL and other local payment methods depending on your location.

Pause and cancellation options are outlined in the Membership Terms. These will be shared with you during the intake process. Please contact us directly if you have a specific situation you want to discuss.
