You reserve your session in advance through our booking system. This keeps the space controlled and guarantees your equipment is available when you arrive. Sessions can be booked online 24/7.

Regular hours run 08:00–21:00 with max 2 training members. Special hours (05:00–08:00 and 21:00–00:00) have only 2 people total — no physiotherapy presence — offering the most private experience. Special access requires an extended NFC tag.

Yes — completely free and without any obligation. The 30–45 minute intake session helps us understand your goals, schedule, and physical condition so we can recommend the right membership.

You can join our waitlist and specify your preferred membership type and training times. We'll contact you as soon as a matching slot becomes available.

No. Physiotherapy services can be booked independently from a gym membership. However, members benefit from the on-site integration between training and recovery.

Memberships are billed monthly via Stripe or Mollie with automatic recurring payments. After your intake, you choose your plan and receive a payment link. Access is activated immediately after successful payment.
